Job Responsibilities:
- Manage disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
- Issue employee write-ups and warnings.
- Ensure proper store coverage by rotating shifts.
- Approve vacation requests.
- Conduct monthly staff satisfaction calls.
- Send birthday wishes to employees.
Requirements:
- B.Com or equivalent degree.
- 1-2 years of HR experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel; strong communication skills.
