Job Description
Are you a people person with excellent English communication skills? Your Cloud Campus is seeking a pleasant and articulate individual to join our team as a Night Shift Zoom Host in Rawalpindi. This role involves facilitating engaging virtual meetings and events during the night shift, from 9 PM to 6 AM.
Responsibilities:
- Host and manage Zoom meetings and events.
- Ensure technical functionality of virtual sessions.
- Provide assistance and technical support to participants.
- Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience with Zoom preferred.
