Job Description
We are looking for a skilled IT Network Support Executive at Appedology Pvt. Ltd. to join our team. As an IT Network Support Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure and ensuring its stability, security, and efficiency.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Maintain IT infrastructure, identifying network weaknesses and vulnerabilities.
- Plan, design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure solutions based on project needs.
- Create professional diagrams and documentation for networks, operational best practices, standards, and policies.
- Assist in resolving complex technical problems and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Design and implement a secure global network infrastructure.
- Have advanced knowledge of firewalls, VPN, and network virtualization.
- Expertise in infrastructure systems administration, engineering, and solution integration.
- Familiarity with network security, policies, cryptography, and secure communication protocols.
- Monitor IT system performance, recommend improvements, and help define IT infrastructure strategy.
- Assess vendors, develop test strategies for new hardware and software, troubleshoot internal IT issues.
- Ensure data security and backup systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure deployment.
- Effective team management skills.
