Role Description
We’re seeking a Creative Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies, leading a team of graphic designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency. The Creative Manager will also identify business opportunities and develop campaigns that positively impact business goals. This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in creative direction, graphic design, and team management
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software
- Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce
- Demonstrated expertise in creating both digital and print designs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions and ideas that align with business goals and brand vision
