Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Customer Engagement Officer to join our dynamic team at Xcentric Services. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service experience and exceptional communication skills, driven by a passion for assisting clients with their inquiries and documentation needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to client inquiries.
- Provide accurate information on policies and documentation requirements.
- Assist clients in completing forms efficiently.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Document interactions and update records in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the team for timely processing of applications.
