Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, your primary responsibility will be to manage 600-800 incoming calls, qualifying and engaging interested customers.
Shift Timing: Night Shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Requirements:
- Proficient in English speaking and listening
- Laptop with Windows 10
- High-quality headset
- Stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Compensation: Commission-based salary ranging from Rs 5,00.00 to Rs 120,00.00 per month.
