Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our customer service team. In this role, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, qualifying and engaging interested customers. After identifying their needs, you will direct calls to the relevant agents for further assistance.
Shift Timing:
Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop running Windows 10
- Quality Headset
- Strong internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Compensation: Commission-based pay, weekly commissions, and retention bonuses. Salary ranges from Rs 5,00.00 to Rs 120,00.00 per month.
