Job Description
Join Zameen.com as a Customer Relationship Officer! You will answer calls professionally, respond to customer inquiries, handle and resolve complaints, and provide product and service information. Additionally, you will process orders, identify priority issues, and coordinate with relevant departments for follow-up.
This full-time position offers a remuneration package of PKR 32,00 plus an incentive range of PKR 4,00. Benefits include 10 sick leaves, 10 casual leaves, and 7 annual leaves after one year. After six months, you will also receive medical coverage for your family and group life insurance.
Pay ranges from Rs32,00.00 to Rs37,00.00 per month.
