Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, you will provide timely and professional responses to customer questions and concerns. You will resolve product or service issues by offering solutions and escalating when necessary. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing all concerns promptly and efficiently.
