Job Description
Technical Expertise:
- Should be an expert in EMV (Contact & Contactless), Card & payment expertise, HSM, E-Commerce, 3d Secure, ATM, ISO standards, Oracle, Settlement & Clearing process.
- Should have knowledge of Scheme Certification (VISA, MASTERCARD, UPI, JCB, PAYPAK)
Experience Required:
8 – 12 years of experience is required
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop a clear strategy for implementing solutions that align with the company’s goals and long-term vision.
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team of project managers, TSS, Product developers, Customization, and other relevant professionals.
- Collaborate with the technology and product teams to evaluate and select appropriate solutions that meet the client’s requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into detailed Functional specifications.
- Establish relationships with clients and technology partners, and manage negotiations and ongoing relationships.
- Identify potential risks and challenges related to implementation and develop mitigation strategies.
- Create and manage budgets for implementation projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
- Ensure that all implemented solutions comply with relevant financial regulations and industry standards PCI.
- Oversee thorough testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and functionality of the implemented solutions.
- Develop and execute change management.
- Coordinate training programs to educate resources about the solutions, and provide ongoing support for any issues that arise.
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across various teams, including Support, TSS, HR, and Business.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Quickly identify and address any issues or roadblocks that arise during implementation, finding efficient solutions to keep the project on track.
