Job Description

Do you want to be a part of an expanding global team? Dengage is looking for Customer Success Managers for our clients in Karachi.

The purpose of this customer-facing role is to assist clients with their digital marketing efforts by owning a portfolio of existing accounts and taking full responsibility for their success, retention, and growth. The Account Manager will provide efficient client liaison and project management abilities to deliver on client requirements and will actively consult clients regarding D-Engage products and services.

Must-have qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years as an Account Manager where you were responsible for your client’s relationship and success
  • Strong command of multi-channel and cross-device digital marketing journeys
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions
  • Superb presentation and time management skills
  • Excellent command of English
  • Previous experience working for a competitor or SaaS provider in a similar position would be a strong advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in creating the digital strategy for clients
  • Advocating for the client by helping them move forward and reach their objectives
  • Identifying potential up-sell and cross-sell possibilities
  • Giving clients updates and training for new major releases when available
  • Working closely and collaboratively with customers to understand and capture requirements and devise effective solutions
  • Working together with the technical support and the account directors to meet customer requests
