Job Description
Join Splash Business Intelligence, located at www.splashbi.com, as an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting customer data from various ERP systems, including Oracle Cloud and Ultipro. You will analyze data models, validate loads, and run HR and Payroll reports, ensuring functionality aligns with requirements. Strong SQL skills and prior experience in HR & Payroll domains are crucial. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM or payroll modules from PeopleSoft, Workday, and Cornerstone is preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
