Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Admissions to oversee our international sales department. As the Manager of Admissions, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract international students to our institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of admissions consultants and support staff in achieving sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with overseas educational agents and partners
- Create and execute marketing plans to attract international students
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the international education market
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the student experience and ensure successful admissions process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales or admissions
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and building successful partnerships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
