Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive at HRMD Management, LLC. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Work On-site in Lahore – Night Shift
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist patients with service information, order placement, and issue resolution.
- Maintain professionalism and patient satisfaction in all interactions.
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer care experience in the USA Healthcare field.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
