Job Description
Location: Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi
Shift: Night Shift – (09:00 PM to 06:00 AM)
Salary Range: 35,00 PKR – 50,00 PKR + Commissions
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Update client information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team.
- Meet call targets and handle objections.
Requirements:
- Previous BPO or call center experience.
- Strong verbal English communication skills.
- A positive attitude and organizational skills.
