Job Description
ASK Development Limited is excited to announce an opening for Phone Banking Officers at our Call Center in Lahore. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service while assisting with banking inquiries and promoting our financial products over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding banking products.
– Assist with account inquiries and digital banking support.
– Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
– Cross-sell banking products like credit cards and loans.
– Maintain compliance with banking regulations.
Requirements:
– Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
– Fresh graduates or those with call center experience are welcome to apply.
– Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
