Job Description

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in hospitality as a Guest Relations Officer, Host/Hostess, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Guest-oriented approach with adaptability.
- Proficiency in reservations software and point-of-sale systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and manage their dining experience.
- Maintain communication between guests and management.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.

Pay: Rs40,00.00 per month
