Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Quality Assurance Specialist. As a member of our team, you will ensure that all products meet quality standards and customer specifications through the implementation of quality assurance processes. Your role will include developing and maintaining quality management systems, conducting quality audits, performing product testing and inspections, and managing corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality. You will work closely with production and product development teams to ensure our products are of the highest quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance within the textile or apparel industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 9001:2015, and ASTM standards
- Experience with product testing, inspection, and auditing processes
- Ability to analyze data and present findings to cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team setting
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and product development lifecycles is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software
