Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is seeking a qualified professional for the position of Agriculture Center In-Charge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leadership, program development, technical support, community engagement, and monitoring and evaluation of agricultural initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor staff
- Develop and implement strategic plans
- Design training programs for farmers
- Provide expert technical support
- Engage with the community and stakeholders
- Monitor program effectiveness and prepare reports
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
Experience: 2 years in a similar role (Required)
