Job Description
Organization: Planlab Solutions
Location: Model Town Link Road, Lahore
Shift: Afternoon Shift (12 PM – 9 PM or 1 PM – 10 PM, 9 hours)
Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month based on experience.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- 2-3 years experience in customer support
- Familiar with Zendesk and CRM systems
- Must be available for the afternoon shift
