Job Description
- Budgeting: Provide functional guidance to campuses management for preparation of yearly budgets, including CAPEX and OPEX. Regularly monitor implementation of approved budgets through meetings and reporting. Liaise with head office finance and relevant committees for budget approval.
- SMT Meeting: Conduct all campuses SMT meetings as per schedule and ensure operational activities are carried out according to TIHN standards.
- Departmental Meetings: Hold regular meetings with head office relevant departments to provide timely guidance to off-campus departments.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and implement a monitoring tool for network activities and KPIs.
- Operational Audits: Review and provide feedback on all internal and external audits. Implement and ensure closure of audit observations.
- Visits: Conduct quarterly visits to departments to monitor activities and policy implementations.
