Job Description
Join Kay Tronix Call Centre as a Customer Support Representative! We are looking for dedicated individuals to manage Xfinity inbound calls, assist customers with billing inquiries, and troubleshoot service issues. The position requires availability for night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM, and candidates should have prior experience with inbound sales campaigns and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, engaging with customers about our products and services, and collaborating with our technical support team. We offer a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month.
