Job Description: As a Customer Services Representative, your key responsibilities will include handling customer calls, providing online support, following up on fault rectifications, and managing network trouble tickets.
Requirements:
- Minimum graduate from a reputable university.
- Fluent in English and Urdu (neutral dialect).
- Reside in Lahore.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Work from Home Option: Available after 6 months of performance evaluation, candidates must have a personal laptop, backup power, and a stable internet connection.
