Job Description
Steps Ahead Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Management (WFM) and Reporting Analyst to enhance our operations. This role focuses on workforce planning, forecasting, and scheduling, using data analysis to improve productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop forecasts and monitor real-time workforce performance.
- Analyze metrics such as adherence and productivity.
- Create dashboards for operational performance.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to align workforce plans.
Skills Required: Experience with WFM tools, proficiency in Excel or Tableau, and strong analytical skills.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
