Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Sourcecode Software House as an International Sales Executive. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, actively listen to inquiries, and provide accurate solutions while maintaining a positive demeanor.
Key responsibilities include documenting customer interactions and collaborating with the team to optimize service processes. Qualifications include excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment. Previous call center experience is a plus.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs45,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, based in-person.
