Job Description
Job Description: As an Inbound Call Center Agent at Outsource Tel, you will handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their questions, complaints, and product or service issues. Your focus on customer service will allow you to provide resolutions, explain policies and products, and determine eligibility for various programs. You may also maintain communication equipment and track customer interactions.
Responsibilities include managing a high volume of calls, resolving customer issues effectively, providing technical support for manufacturing products, and maintaining knowledge of our offerings.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and experience in customer service or call center environments are preferred.
