Job Description
People Perfect is seeking a Sales and Support Team Lead! You will oversee the Sales Support team, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include setting targets, motivating team members, organizing training, collaborating with the Sales Department for lead generation, and interacting with clients to resolve issues.
A Bachelor’s or MBA degree in Marketing or Sales is required, along with 3-5 years of experience, including 2 years in leadership. Fluency in English and proficiency in CRM tools are essential.
