Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support to farmers on crop management and sustainable practices.
- Assist in agricultural projects and initiatives.
- Conduct field visits to monitor crop conditions and assess practices.
- Compile and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct training sessions on modern agricultural techniques.
