Job Description
GENOZONE INTERNATIONAL is seeking dedicated and motivated candidates for our US-based campaign of Durable Medical Equipment (DME). If you are a fresh graduate or a student looking to gain experience and learn something new, this opportunity is for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide information about our services.
- Manage calls promptly.
- Identify customer needs on calls.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
