Job Description

Join Kay Tronix Call Centre as a Customer Service Representative! We are looking for candidates available for night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM). This is an onsite position.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Xfinity inbound calls sales campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills and customer focus.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with billing inquiries and service issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and educate customers on services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month

Location: Lahore (Required)
