Job Description
Imtiaz Group (SMC Private) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in Karachi. In this full-time role, you will assist in identifying training needs via surveys and consultations with business leaders. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and delivering training programs such as e-learning and workshops, as well as coordinating training logistics.
You will track and analyze training effectiveness and support organizational development initiatives, including change management and culture-building activities. A Master’s degree is preferred for this position, and the monthly pay ranges from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00.
