Job Description

DynamoLogic Solutions is a dynamic and progressive software house looking for an HR Associate to play a critical role in supporting the human resources department and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various HR activities. The ideal candidate will look after recruitment, general HR tasks, and maintain departmental coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates from different recruitment platforms and initiating the recruitment process
• Coordinate with the candidates and relevant team members to schedule interview and test sessions
• Maintain a regular and updated record of candidates whose recruitment process is in progress
• Address the internal and external concerns by responding or redirecting them to the relevant department
• Update employee records and other relevant documentation
• Source candidate verification and maintain a record
• Comply with the company working culture and provide ideas to enhance the department
• Promote employee and candidate satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, or relevant field
• Minimum 6 months to one year of HR experience in the IT industry
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in working in a team to foster a positive work environment
• Experience in policy formation is an added bonus
