Job Description
Bright Pathway is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support HR initiatives, counsel employees, and manage the recruitment process. Responsibilities include creating onboarding plans, assisting in performance management, and maintaining employee records.
Required attributes: proven HR experience, knowledge of HR functions, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. A BSc/BA in business administration or a related field is preferred. This full-time position offers a monthly pay range of Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00.
