1. TO SOLVE ALL THE COMPLAINTS, AND EXCHANGES OF CUSTOMERS.
2. COORDINATE WITH CUSTOMERS AND GUIDE AND SOLVE ALL CUSTOMERS’ QUERIES ON FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, WHATSAPP, LIVE CHAT ETC.
3. TO MEET THE DEMANDS AND REQUIREMENTS OF CUSTOMERS,
4. TO ADOPT THE POLICIES OF CUSTOMER DEALING MADE BY THE ORGANIZATION.
5. TO ENSURE A SMOOTH CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE FROM ORDERING TILL DELIVERY.
