Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Assistant Manager in Denim Textile. This position requires someone with a strong understanding of quality control processes and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist in the implementation of quality control procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
- Train and mentor quality assurance team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a quality assurance role
