Job Description
Join ABS STORE (Private) Limited as a Customer Service Representative Intern. In this role, you will assist in handling customer queries and complaints through phone, email, and social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include providing accurate information about our products, managing customer records, and resolving order-related issues.
Candidates should have a basic understanding of customer service principles, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Urdu and English. A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required, and prior experience is not mandatory.
This position is located 20km from Sheikhupura Road, Emco Stop-Kot Abdul Malik, offering a stipend of 20K, leading to permanent employment based on performance.
