Job Description
AUTO CONNECT is seeking a dedicated Truck Dispatch Executive to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently scheduling freight pickups and deliveries for our clients (Truckers), providing accurate shipping details, and maintaining comprehensive records of all transactions.
Key responsibilities include managing invoices, resolving customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations, and negotiating rates and delivery timelines. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of prior dispatch experience in the US trucking industry and excellent English communication skills.
