Job Description
We are seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, you will handle 600-800 incoming calls, primarily qualifying and engaging with interested customers before forwarding them to the appropriate agents.
Shift Timings (NIGHT SHIFT)
- 7:30pm – 5:30am (with breaks)
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with Windows 10
- Good Quality Headset
- Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps
Pay Structure:
Commission based salary with weekly commissions and retention bonuses, ranging from Rs5,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month.
