Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, primarily responsible for qualifying and engaging interested customers.
Salary: Base salary + Punctuality Bonus + Sold Incentives
Shift: Night Shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Working laptop with Windows 10
- Good quality headset
- Stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
