Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and document management.
- Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Gain exposure to operational functions, including workflow analysis.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably HR or Psychology.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
