Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support to farmers on crop management and sustainable practices.
- Assist in implementing agricultural projects and initiatives.
- Conduct regular field visits and monitor crop conditions.
- Compile and analyze data to identify trends and challenges.
- Organize training sessions on modern agricultural techniques.
- Build strong relationships with farmers and stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports on activities and project progress.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of experience as an Agriculture Field Officer are required.
