Job Description
Kaizen Global (smc) pvt ltd is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Call Representative to join our team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and generate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and promote company products.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve strategies.
Qualifications: High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), previous sales experience, excellent communication skills, and CRM proficiency.
