We are Four Points by Sheraton, a prestigious fine dining restaurant specializing in Continental & Arabic cuisine. We are committed to providing an exceptional guest experience and are currently seeking a Restaurant Floor Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our front-of-house team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily floor operations.
- Train and motivate front-of-house staff.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Maintain inventory of service essentials.
Requirements include proven experience, strong leadership skills, and flexibility to work various shifts.
