Job Description
Looking for a Jr. Business Developer who will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and increasing revenue through effective bidding and business development strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end bid process, including proposal creation, submission, and follow-up on bids for new projects and contracts.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms and contracts, ensuring that they are mutually beneficial and align with our business goals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Work closely with the marketing and project delivery teams to ensure that client expectations are met and projects are delivered successfully.
- Provide regular reports and updates on the status of business development activities and opportunities in the pipeline.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 year proven experience as a Bidding Expert, Business Developer, or a related role, with a successful track record of securing new business opportunities.
- Fluent in English, Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and negotiate effectively.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with industry-specific bidding platforms and tools.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
Salary: Rs40,00 – Rs80,00 per month
