Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, qualifying and engaging interested customers and directing them to the appropriate agents.
Shift Timings: Night Shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (with breaks).
Requirements: Good English communication skills, a working laptop with Windows 10, quality headset, and reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps).
Compensation: Commission-based salary ranging from Rs5,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month.
