Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support to farmers in crop management, soil health, pest control, and sustainable practices. Assist in agricultural projects, conduct regular field visits, and compile data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Organize training sessions and develop educational resources, while building strong relationships within the farming community.
