Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Ensure the LOKAL Room standards & services are up to mark by maintaining quality checks as per the standard operating procedure.
– Entertain guest requests and handle complaints by resolving them within a given timeframe.
– Ensure all upcoming bookings are updated in hotel records, maintain quality assurance reports, and submit them timely to the reporting authority.
– Maintain inter-departmental relationships in the hotel and across the LOKAL rooms chain.
Requirements:
– Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Industry.
– 1+ year experience in the hotel industry.
– Highly motivated and passionate about serving in the field of hospitality, with a solution-oriented mindset.
