Job Description
Our company is currently seeking a Driller to join our team. As a Driller, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining drilling equipment to extract minerals, oil, or gas from the earth’s surface.
You will be expected to:
- Conduct pre-drilling checks and evaluate site conditions
- Operate drilling equipment, including rotary, cable, and top hammer drills
- Monitor drilling progress and adjust techniques as necessary
- Collect and analyze samples to ensure the quality of the drilling operation
- Maintain drilling records and documentation
- Comply with safety and environmental regulations
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of drilling techniques, excellent mechanical skills, and the ability to work in challenging conditions.
