Job Description
Are you an experienced recruiter with a knack for finding top talent in the call center industry? AKITBPO is looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to lead our hiring efforts for call center agents in our Final Expense Campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and hire qualified candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment
- Utilize job boards and social media
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with managers
- Maintain a talent pipeline
- Ensure seamless onboarding
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of recruitment experience
- Strong hiring strategy knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with ATS
