Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Chief Mechanic to join our team at Mari Petroleum Company Limited. As the Chief Mechanic, you will be responsible for overseeing our mechanics and ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical systems.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of mechanics and providing guidance and support
- Performing regular inspections and maintenance on our mechanical equipment
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely repairs and maintenance
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering necessary supplies
- Maintaining accurate records of repairs and maintenance work
To be qualified for this position, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Chief Mechanic or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
